The Jazz Piano Book says I should transcribe songs so I gave Rihanna‘s Unfaithful a whirl, sounds about right, yeah?
Things I’ve learnt from this exercise:
- Pop songs are very simple and loopy.
- Strings are delicious but they make it veeeeery hard to hear the piano!
- The home straight is where shit happens.
