A patient of mine recommended this book to me circa 2016/7 around the time when I rebranded my physio clinic. I was too busy being busy then I never read it. To be honest, I don’t think I would have appreciated and gotten as much out of it back then as I did now. Mother Universe surely has a way with the timing of things.

It took me a while to finish this book not because it was hard to read but because of the exercises contained in each chapter. I was also compelled to take notes for future reference.

Yes, it is work, but if you put in the effort, apply your thinking and adapt all the exercises in it for yourself, then this book will literally be a beacon to help you navigate your business.

Prior to reading this book I already had a good idea about how to pivot my business, this book gave me the confidence to lean into my new direction and also provided me with pointers to refine my plan.

I’ve even drawn up a summary of its key points on a few pieces of paper and plastered them next to my workstation to serve as my compass going forward!

Honestly, whatever stage of business you is in, whatever size your business is, do yourself a favour, buy this book and study up.
